Depends of niche, about 115-200% ROI. Of course most of niches didn't get 100% ROI. My budget is around 1k€ daily.

AppStore revision will tell you if the keywords are correct or not. Then you don't need worry about that. Try it, and if you see that the keywords brand competitors ranks, is worth it. I think that you will not get a ban for this.
