I'm trying to figure that out as well, but currently I'm using BuyMeACoffee and putting an NSFW library there, I don't think I will be able to post NSFW after it gets noticed by mods. I will probably be using Patreon in the future

I am posting from both the phone and pc app, there was no particular country I targeted how ever I'm running ads on India, cheapest option out there for Insta ads however I doubt I will get anyone buying the subscription.
