You guys don't understand what I'm saying I want to build up the channel with reused content get subscribers and then delete all the videos and start with unique content that I make myself

I have a channel where I upload reused content to shorts will I have a problem down the line if I wanted to monetize the channel or could I just delete all the videos and start fresh?

***UPDATE*** HaxTutorial got in touch with me and started sending subs i guess they were having techno issues with order but so far I got 300 subs out of the 1000 I ordered I will update whenever I get the rest thanks
