The main difference I guess that you design websites/themes from scratch that's why you can ask for 1600usd+ but someone using bought themes and just editing them imho can't charge that much.

I had a similar idea, but the problem was that most of the casinos pay commission on profits they make, thus on user lost money. Rev share wouldn't work, and if you constantly send users which aren't making them money probably they will switch you to rev share or ban you.
