no its stiill messed up and this message is coming up hosting details and its says i need to cut off my fire wall but i did and i cut off my windows firewall

So i just got captcha breaker and i having troble with and a error keep showing up and saying hosting error and somthing about my firewall but i disable the firewall and it still wont work can someone help me please
