Aren’t ISP servers considered residential?!

I know that mobile proxies are the best, but they're not cost-effective for running and managing YouTube channels. On the other hand, it seems difficult to find a proxy provider that offers ISP proxies that aren't already flagged.

i have my own reasons.clearly you do not know what a vpn with dedicated residential ip is.you need to keep yourself busy to not get distracted by everything(you really need to).
