I think you would need to work out a plan what would you need to outsource? How many can you invest in general in this project? And after paying for web development and stuff like that you still need to sell your stuff. If you have a plan and you think you can do it, I would say go for it.

I don't think you need to worry about it. There are people who buy a lot of stuff from eBay. Maybe he resells stuff and because of that, he has so much positive feedback.
