Usually there is not exact cookie-cutter approach that will work! The smart ones on here know how to adapt the method or approach to their own situation. You have to learn how to read 'between the lines' and then run with it... Only then (and in time) will you find the money-making method that...

If you play by the rules "they" want you to play by always - the answer is NO! But you have to look for the right opportunity and exploit when it comes, to succeed. That is they only way you will have a chance! Whether your small or a big player, you will succeed if you step over the borders...

You got a deposit I hope! If people are not willing to at least give you a 50% deposit upfront - they will usually try and screw you for everything. Just my two cents worth...
