Yes, this is it! Speaking from 13 years of experience as a graphic designer, Illustrator is what you want to use. You want a vector image that can be enlarged to any size and retain it's resolution. It's as difficult to learn as photoshop though.

A review site is when you choose a product or products and do summary reviews of the product. This can be other consumer reviews or your own summary of the product. Pro's, con's stuff like that. Whatever you summarize just make sure it's in your own words and not copied from someone else.

Videos work great for increasing traffic. I have several sites up and those with youtube videos bring the most traffic. I use Proshow Gold for making my videos and it really does increase conversions.

I'm thinking about flipping an established site of mine. From what I understand there are several factors involved in getting a premium for them. Page rank, traffic, sales and how long it's been established. Sites with no or little traffic and that have made no money usually fetch a small price.

I'm averaging about $300-$400 monthly but can't seem to get over the hump and make more. Honestly, I think it's a numbers game and the more sites you put up, the more you make. Just need to redouble my efforts and then redouble again. It does work and it's passive income once they get going.

I have the deed to my home and property. Guess what? You are listed as a tenant only...not as the owner. That tells me we own nothing really. If they want it for whatever reasons or you owe the property taxes, they just take it anyway.
