Did you get any Positive ROI? Some guys on forum told that you should register on such networks as an american (meaning with US IP, US phone number and etc) to get really high volume and quality of traffic. Is it true?

I've never tried exoclick but as i know they need 500$ for verify account, it's really hard to take that risk Can i register on Exoclick from My location? Or i should use US or CA accounts to get real traffic? Anyway i'm going to cloak
