@affbull why dont you just ask your affiliate manager? You can see his/her contact details when you logon to your dashboard (Skype or mail) Its their job to help you out. And is also the only one who can gives you valid answers.

Not really a mistake, but a fault: Getting my amazon affiliate accounts suspended. Lost about 2k commision (NET 60 sucks). I dont know the exact reason (maybe social media usage or API rules violation) But the lost money is not the worst thing. Its annoying that i lost my best passive income...
