Hi, i am running a CPA offer in google display network (on 3 different adwords accounts and with cloaker on). Now my issue is the low traffic and spending, my budget is set to $1500 per day in account 1, $2000 per day in account 2 and also same in acct 3. But adwords hardly spends like 600-700$...

It is better if the name on card is as same as the one on adwords but not a restriction. (means doesn't have to match)
