All organic, do not pay for traffic on TikTok, you will lose almost all your organic views afterwards because the algorithm "knows" that you got money and won't push your video so you have to purchase more views.

No its not related. It is as you described. And the content (voice over) is also engaging in both ways, because people who do like the content in the video still engage in the comments which brings more watch time because the video is still playing in the background. So its a win win situation.
