It really has a lot to do with market sentiments. The thing is when the prices starts rising people FOMO for a quick buck does the prices keeps on rising.

Those are all good choices for countries to migrate to! However if you wanna get the most out of your money, try considering south east asian countries! But personally I believe UK would be the best bet.
