After filling the form I have received "This email address does not belong to a disabled account". Does anyone ever overcome such problem?

How I can do that if after log in I receive only that message and no any options? They blocked my private 5 year old account this week. There are pages I need for work and account had no spamming or any strange activity. P.S. Ok I found this form, thanks

Guys, how many groups (in percent) now allow to let collaborators add people by themselves? Is it possible now to find such groups with good repin ratio?
