it takes a day for indexing for websites who use not so competitive queries and a while for those who do. but these results are not permanent, it will show up in serp for a day and then it won't. it depends upon traffic, authority if you can hold the position in google results.

post. post. post. always dont think about monetizing(always think but not at first). people will come and find you because of your relatibility to content and your consistency. also if you have other accounts you can ask them to join you there.

organically it will take a lot of time but making relatable content out of it maybe like reels, just speaking about your topic for a while and making a video out of it, staying consistent can drive in traffic

on page seo is also about website optimization and technicality issues, so yes it is the first and foremost thing to give importance to
