Growing karma and letting your account age. You can accelerate the karma growth process though but sometimes Reddit doesn't count upvotes from new accounts even with high karma

Python is good especially for coding automated scripts but I don't think it's the ideal language for web development. However, rates for making automated scripts are better than web development and competitors are not that much. I don't really think it's a waste of time, learn to utilize it btw
