Wow a lot of great advice even though you sir are a jerk off.. everything everyone has already stated is all you need. there is no special tool or method. Be active, engage your users, follow popular accounts, niche hashtags and shout outs if your really looking to boost your page.

I'm sure this had been said but why not just create accounts, do a little manual work on them and sell them. Why not just check a local board for work and possibly get some ideas from that?

I agree, as a new member without doing their due diligence and researching the thread there will be more complaints. I think it's a great idea to get the marketplace back on track
