I wanted to rank for a new keyword. So I created a keyword rich page and want to do a scrapebox blast for that page with new keyword as anchor. If it works then there are no issues. If it not, will that affect other pages of the site as well, which are on 2nd Page of big G for other keywords...

I doubt it. Scrapebox can do a lot of tasks without need of other tool. You may find a free tool which does one of the tasks of SB but it cannot do all the tasks. So instead of having lot of softwares why not have scrapebox alone. SB comes with lot of addons, they themselves are like individual...

You can do it in locker settings page of CLP 2. You can specify redirect to any address once locker disappears. It can be anything. So user gets whatever you promised to him.
