I was able to make it work using the router's DMZ, redirecting everything to the IP of my cell phone. With DMZ turned off and redirecting only one port specifies the proxy does not work. Does anyone know why?

I also have this option to use the raspberry but I will try a little more to find the solution to use the cell phones. Raspberry is a bit expensive here in Brazil.

I have some old cell phones and I wanted to use them as a proxy to use on Jarvee. I would leave one in each of my family members, connected on the internet by wifi (different internets of course). VPN would not work for me.

Yes. My phone is rooted. On the proxy server log, i see my VPS IP connected but i cant open any website. And i dont know about ISP blocks. In my PC i can use the mobile proxy normally. Thanks for the answer anyway. :D
