It's possible to connect to a VPN via TOR using virtual machines, although it will probably do you no good. What are you trying to do, what's the purpose? There's a page on torproject that explains the you -> TOR -> VPN combination (I can't post links, so google it), it's not advised because... -

Where's the missing dollar?
The parents already gave you the $1 as part of the original $100, they can't give it to you again. if they really are going to give you the $1, then you will only owe them $99 total. Therefore the $1 not missing. Am I right?- r1ch4r6
