Maybe you are just too small then. I know of many 200K-300K+ subscriber partners that have gotten inactive accounts for themselves.

With 100k monetizable views translating into $100 (you get $70) means the CPM is $1. There is no guarantee that you'll get a higher CPM in maker studios, might even get a lower one. If your CPM is $2 then you get 70% of $200, with a CPM of $0.5 you get 70% of $50.

Depends on how many of the 100K views are monetizeable. You can easily ear more than $2-3 CPM from makers, but it isn't guaranteed.
