Dig deeper into your analytics. Which city in Poland is all your traffic coming from? Same city as you? I'd bet that your analytics is tracking your own pageviews there, thats why its mainly all from Poland

I'd try changing the 'advertise' on that email to 'support' and see if you can get any joy like that
