Seller has responded after his disappearance and provided the card I ordered. So not an exit scam as I had feared. I'm unable to edit the above post, though.
Update: he has replied and said he'll provide, so the scam report is not deserved. I'm waiting until card comes through to edit my post above, though, I think that's fair.
I'm not only revoking my earlier vouch, but am considering them a scammer, until the seller provides the $38 card I bought and explains why they've ghosted me over the last 72+ hours, in spite of them being online most of that time (and posting here). I made several small buys successfully...
Hello, I came here because of your reply to my post about Google Cloud. Since my purpose is fairly singular, is there a guarantee your cards work, with refund or replacement if they fail to verify?
From your OP "We are offering premium BINS , so we are completely restricting using our cards for subscriptions, and for "first billing" ads..." --Does this mean no cloud providers, then? They need cards that work with subscriptions.
Is this guaranteed to work for Google Cloud activation--CURRENTLY? I just wasted a bunch of cash on PST VCCs that no longer do, need to activate 5 accounts ASAP.
