Are your main homepage keywords too broad or too narrow? Looks like you hit it perfect on the subpage keyword. Subpage rankings are valuable too so don't discount them. Check out your keywords again and make sure you don't stuff your homepage with them.

Losing that tool was a loss... I made an Adwords account and use their embedded keyword tool. It may not be as comprehensive as their external keyword but it does the job. If anyone else has any free alternatives let me know.
