I had the same question , first tried GatherProxy and finally bought private proxies (wasted a lot of time looking for free proxies and it's is difficult to do a good work because these are intermittent)

It only helps in order to improve your CTR , years ago , using keywords in meta tags helped a little bit.

For sure that google recognize translated content ,but you can use a Spinner tool and edit the article manually a little bit.

I use Cloudflare for Years , never had a problem even with local SEO.
