I have tried this 301 this will happen when Google will update the PR algorithm otherwise the 301 site will not get the PR. Actually Some people are selling the domains in high Pr for example see this domain bxgathering.org and think how this domain get the PR 10

you can check the the PR of this website by using this query just type in Google you will the actual domain if this PR is fake (info:domainname) if this website has been cached then you can check its backlinks by using this query(link:domainname) you will find its backlinks if not then its PR fake.
