I do agree with you on demonetizing part, but I'm not sure about enabling monetization on channels to be bots yet..

there is no bot at reviewing channels for monetization. Your channel might just not look good for them to monetize with 90k subs and maybe low quality videos and low views, that looks bad, you will need to keep uploading for 2 3 weeks, upload more videos, but not daily like you would try to...

be consistent, keep uploading, you can't just upload 2 3 videos and expect views, make sure to put good tags, catchy/clickbait title.

you will definitely need a webcam, ok microphone, and you have to be full of energy when you record those gaming videos to succeed in this niche, otherwise is so hard next to impossible... now days people don't watch gaming channels just for the game, it depends on a lot of factors, specially...

that happens when you build a story through many seasons and you ruin it with a rushed final season.

nah.. it gets detected 100%. they don't earn from these videos. they grow their social media and probably from that they are making money.

I would choose only DELETE, hide edit may not work. YOUTUBE CAN SEE YOUR PRIVATE VIDEOS ! so better to delete them. Nowadays you need at least commentary on games, with facecam you got bigger chances.

I did got a monetized channel with compilations of twitch streamers like 3 months ago... but today I got a message that they still held my review for a deep look :) on a channel that I was uploading only walkthroughs of a game, intro - outro logo so yeah, it may not work at all from now...

sucks you can't even see now on what network the channel is, you could in the past but youtube getting smarter everyday..

try to keep uploading but not same content and monetize that content with something else, upload over 20 videos and then reapply. that niche is highly payable for every way of monetizing.
