Do you offer any trial for check the tool before purchase?

I was having same problem but with FB. All setup perfect but was not running my ads. After almost 4 months on this headache the support called me and kinda reset my account, asked me to add again my billing info and voila. All ok now, but was a torture and no one could solve at first.
