Yeah tiktok usually has bots that respond to appeals. I think some people sell services on getting past appeals a lot of the time. Consider if they’re worth it, check the marketplace or make a thread. But if they are just new accounts that you think won’t grow much, probably not worth it.

I don’t know, but scraped proxies usually seem to be shit for me.. Botnetted ones are usually better. Of course datacenter ones are shit, but if for privacy solely then I guess scraped ones could work.
