there is no way that company would send a letter out written like that. have you actually been to this company's website? they are pretty much top of the list in every category for legal consultation. they wouldn't send out a letter as if it were written by a Nigerian scammer...

or he has no interest in using it to make money?

ive seen a lot of ways to grab all of your posts... but i don't think that i have ever seen anything that allows you to grab someone elses. you might be able to write some sort of regex to loop through all the pages... how many pages are we talking?

wouldn't it depend on how many days you want to to take to achieve 5k or how many accts you wanted to use to achieve that 5k? i mean there are two variables you could adjust, it just depends on which one you want to adjust.

i have set up some small forums before, and always used phpbb. i thought it was really easy to get off the ground with... but mybb does look interesting.

seems like finding a niche is the hardest part, and after that its all basically just a waiting game. anyone host this kinda stuff on their own server?

i have been meaning to learn vb for a while now, and i agree that videos are by far the best... forces you to pay attention as well. i can't tell you how many times i have tried to follow along with an ebook in front of the tv and just failed miserably.

i have been thinking about doing this too, but it just seems sooo expensive to want to a) take the chance to run it on a home computer b) eat up all your bandwidth.

$100 a day? I would be thrilled with $25 a day. I just found this site a few weeks ago, and have been lurking and just registered... but i have a ton of time on my hands, and am looking forward to starting. I have a few good ideas for niches but still have some thinking to do.

haha i just got back from the dominican republic and was talking to a guy from AZ there, said the exact same thing to me. this was on the day the judge blocked that law too i think.

i would have to imagine that there are a lot of other places that people can get the software these days. It seems like everyone is handing out invites to private sites nowadays.
