When you say "create 2 ad accounts" do you mean 2 Business Managers or 2 Personal Ad Accounts? When my Ad Account was banned, soon the Business Manager owning that Ad Account was banned. After a number of unsuccessful appeals, my Personal Ad Account was banned too :(- Puerto Rican Robinson
