I had several accounts banned all on the same day, which were all over 10K points collected. Currently, although I am highly active on AMF, I am using the points constantly so that my total points never reaches above 500-1000 at any given point, and have had no problem thus far.

I made an attempt to change the usernames for Instagram/Twitter pages by adding an underscore (i.e.: username_ or _username) and was unsuccessful. Sorry for not being able to be of more help, but hopefully I save you the time of doing what I tried.
