Usually, 1 proxy = 1 account, but 2-3 per proxy is common, just don’t overlap actions.

The domain zone really only matters for ranking in local SERPs and commercial queries. For example, for “buy a refrigerator in Germany,” all else being equal, a .de domain will get more trust. In all other cases, it hardly matters.

What’s there to prove? Hop into any OTC group and see what software they use to sell ready-made payment accounts for example
