Considering what you told about IPs above, that only paid plan includes residential IPs. I believed you and did a test, bought it for 29€, set CA GEO and received US traffic.Delivered traffic comes from Google or Amazon ISP. It seems that the service could be very good if it worked properly.

Update: traffic comes from datacenter IPs, so there are not residential proxies used.

You can try to order some of top traffic bots to generate traffic. I can suggest Epic Traffic Bot and Traffic Bot Pro 3. To set those bots properly you need basic programming skills for that. Other option is to program your own bot from scratch with functions you need.

Just tested your traffic with these 50 free visits. I set on Canada GEO and chose to refer as it was from Google. So I got 50 visits from US and without referrer. It was direct traffic.

If we talk about affiliate marketing you should send traffic to your website and hope that your visitor will click on your banner as an example. Then that click looks organic because it will be referred from your website.
