Actually yes in Greek is ne. Greek language has two symbols for e (like in elephant), e and ai. In ancient Greek language e is the short form of e. Ai is a long form for e like eee. So it is not nai, which in some languages might mean no. No is ohi, with emphasis on o. it is not oh-kee.
