I use an iPhone app, I was using premiere pro first but it just took way too long for what I wanted to do. Splice on iPhone is just simple and then if I have to add anything complex I’ll use pp. I’d say it takes a couple hours per video, that’s to find footage and chop it all up and edit it...

Thanks man. Not dozens a day tbh, I’ve found that 1/2 shorts a day seems like the best method, usually shorts that are little teasers for the next main video I’ll post
