Trial And Error is the way , try them and look for the one that fits for you . Some panels have some services that work perfectly and some don't even start the order .

After reading your skills i would suggest to start from freelancing , you will get some cash and experience for future projects . Freelancing gets boring after some time , you could start looking for a company that is looking for your set of skills and work part-time from home .

i'd say voice.com like some other OPs said , 30 million for a domain for sure there is a big plan behind to take that domain to the top . I will keep an eye on it hoping for something big.
