To share on the cost. I use World Press IT to buy lifetime elementor which was cost efficient. :) I use it to buy all plugins and themes. :) It give lifetime access and one time payment to all subscription model.

I would vote in for Elementor pro. Have been using the pro version for a while and am satisfied. One problem is on the debugging and internal server error encountered several times and sometimes its frustrating.

I completely agree with you. Website made for the sole purpose of link building should be well researched in the target client niche you want to target. To add we found it easier to negotiate with website owners(new) to be our partners as backlink provider.
