it's good to disavow only those links which are being show in google webmasters. i don't think neg seo with gsa works that good. even if your site goes down those links will be gone in a month and site will be back within 6 weeks.

tell them that you have removed the site from domain. and keep on the 301 they can't do shit if domain is empty without any site. few days back Donald trump purchased names of competitors and redirected them.
