Facebook sucks. It's extremely hard to advertise anything on FB, OP. Two things that you need to know: 1) Facebook has a "blacklist" that includes some links. Your link is probably on their blacklist. 2) Proxies can get you banned. It's sad, but I got too many bans trying to create accounts...

Agressive: 600 follows a day. Extremely Safe: 200~400 follows a day.

Use Massplanner and do the trial and error method. There is no secret: just try to be extremely safe using some of your accounts and, in others, put more agressive settings. Check which of your accounts will get bans and which doesn't. Also, put different proxies for each of them. Good luck!
