Why promote other offers that will lead to little money? You offer free vids/pics or whatever and have them enter in their email/contact info. Build lists and monetize them with your own content.

None of those. All of them add huge fees. Try looking around for people who have direct contact with those agents. There are people on this forum who have access to them.

Why do you refuse to give it up? Legitimate businesses need to file for taxes. If they don't ask, there's a greater chance of them screwing you in the end. Just get an EIN (employee identification number), which pretty much has the same use.

Sounds like the best choice here.

Your conversion rate could be a problem due to multiple factors such as traffic, offers, etc. But .07 is absolutely awful unless they're tier 3 countries.

Agreed, unless you're the one monetizing the installs and not just making the .xx they pay you, it isn't worth it.
