dronnet you must be joking.. you concluded about their rates with just 7 clicks thats ridiculous. you must send good volume of clicks for atleast a week in order to conclude about rates

Hey as far as i know Installcapital.com don't use third party installer as they have their own installer.

For me Installcapital is the best Network currently. have you tried them?

Not compulsory to have landing page to work. you can also work direct download or you can place your downloaded installer in some hosting location for it to work.

So its not the fault with Network its the problem with your sites.
