There's no way that I know of. Google with all of their "great" new features are actually biting the hand that feeds them...us advertisers. Hopefully someone will chime in that has a workaround.

Just wanted to second what Shree said, if it's a new campaign and untested niche then stay away from broad and phrase match KW's. I only use them as a way to "scrape" new converting KW's on an already established/converting campaign.
