Not to come across as a jerk, but paying for Copyscape is probably the best thing you could do if it's actually important to you. The time you waste by using other content-checking methods is worth more than the $0.05 a pop Copyscape would cost you.
TextBroker offers services for a number of different countries including the USA, UK, Germany, France, Spain. There is also a Dutch version.

I would personally recommend the premium version of Copyscape as an alternative over trying to game the system with a fake blog. The time you spend doing all of that to get around paying $0.05 isn't worth it.
My understanding is that Fiverr is a horrible place to do article writing. It's saturated, and the pay is low. Surely you have other options that will bring in more work?
I've seen a number of people say this on here, but it's simply not true. You can work normal full-time hours and make pretty decent money if you write well.
