I've been trying this for a few sites.... It seems like it's a real good base for a brand new site.... As far as my older sites... it didn't seem to do much (yet... I just blasted the hell out of my buffer sites... so we'll see) Granted I've only really tried it on like 2 sites... 1 old and 1...
