I own a swimming pool and spa repair business in Austin, Tx. My current website is my fourth attempt at building one myself and hopefully my last. I did the local seo for my first site back in '08 and ranked really well on google and made really good money for the next couple of years. I ended up going to jail for a little while and during that time lost my domain and someone else was running it by the time I made it back home. I've noticed it's a lot harder to get ranked locally and am getting beat out by national service referral sites. Pisses me off. I'm hoping I'll learn what I need to know to get this site to rank well with the major search engines.
