I found this service called Hotjar, it's heatmap tool and they also offer tools like funnel analysis, online surveys etc. It will cost $29/month. You can sign up for free beta: http://www.hotjar.com/31612 It's cheaper than CrazyEgg and you can use this service for unlimited websites.

That's a good idea. Take the best of Market Samurai, Long Tail Pro, Google Keyword Planner and create a simple, efficient and fast keyword tool. Something like MOZ.com but for $60 or less :)

I have very good experience with the service MaxCDN. Now my website loads in 3 seconds and less (I use Bluehost and 9 plugins). It works pretty well. If you have a larger budget, you could also try a better web hosting such as WebSynthesis, WP Engine etc.
