You should scrape fb emails and then send bulk mail to ask people to like your page. I don't know if it works, i mean, how many people will like your page. Let me know, thanks! :)

I used the fb function "invite by email" into the group, i don't think there's a spam filter there. In the worst situation i would have been banned by fb, isn't it?

No, fb deleted it for anyone. I got a fanpage with 36 likes and there isn't the option. :(

No one of the methods there in the forum works (i tried them all), you can ask the support with the documentation or try searching someone in the marketplace who can do it for you under payment. Good luck, if you know any method tell me! :)
