I think it's possible & guess some scripts are already online. Beware, some phpscripts open some php backdors for authors ! There are some scripts like Cron/HootSuite. You have to pay ... I will paid & try them but searching for an other way actually.

Found some scripts like hootsuits or postcron, and some wordpress scripts with Csv import. I need to test them. Any one have an advise please ?
